We became the "Our Circle Of Friends " website officially
June 21st 2002!
We started as a dream with months of planning and then with the help of friends
were able to take the leap to become online.
Our website, just as our lives is based on the theory of friendship and women supporting
women in business and in life. To know a friend is there when
we have achievements to celebrate and also when we have
times when we need a tender shoulder to lean on!
We started and still are a group of women in business, individual
businesses and party plans, off line who do an event together twice a year. The
event was started in March 2000 and has become a fun event that we all look forward to
doing twice each year, as do our guests who attend. Some have been to all of them and each
time we have new friends who come!
As individual women in business we do not see each other as competition
but as friends who network and share ideas and learn and grow from each other. The reason
for the name " Our Circle Of Friends" I, Peggy as the 1 who started
it can say I feel very blessed to have gone to my friends and said
" I have an idea, please listen and trust me" They did and with them
& their trust we are who we are today!
The next natural step for me was to take the concept and make a website
for those of us who have our own individual websites to join together online as well as
off line. Plus we have through the wonderful world on line been able to add old and new
friends who also have websites as women in business as individuals and party plan
consultants
all across the USA!
The uniqueness of the rose in our banner and as each peddle it has
are separate but together are a flower represents us as individuals.
Just as the colors of the rainbow shows our own individual styles,
differences and grace as women in business and in life!
